Administrative Assistant

PMML is currently looking for an administrative assistant to work on their team given the recent growth of their business.

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing of multi-housing;
  • Perform due diligence on properties for sale;
  • Create and modify building listings;
  • Prepare buildings for sale;
  • Coordinate drone videos and promotional videos for sale;
  • Data entry;
  • Respond to broker requests (drafting and translation of descriptive sheets);
  • Must be a resource person offering administrative support to the entire team of multi-unit and PMML commercial real estate brokers.

The requirements:

  • Work experience in the field;
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
