Customer Service Manager
The position of Customer Service Manager is an integral part of the Business Intelligence team. The successful candidate will play a key role with our client base of property investors, owners and developers.
This role requires a unique combination of interpersonal and technical skills, as our highly specialised CRM will be your main working tool. You will work closely with the Operations Director, the President of the company and will have indirect interactions with many of the real estate and mortgage brokers within our company.

Responsibilities
Managing inbound calls and delegating to members of the brokerage team
- You will be responsible for taking inbound calls and directing leads to the appropriate members of the brokerage team.
- Providing a high level of customer support and professionalism and maintaining this through ongoing follow up.
Delegation of inbound leads
- You will manage the delegation of leads from a variety of sources, including our website, social networks, and other channels.
- Maintain a computerised log of all incoming calls, outgoing calls and emails related to the various tasks of the department.
Conference room coordination
- You will be responsible for booking and coordinating conference rooms for internal and external meetings.
Preparing express deliveries
- You will be responsible for preparing express deliveries for all our offices.
Welcoming customers
- You will greet our customers with courtesy and poise, contributing to an exceptional PMML customer experience.
Managing office supplies and promotional material for external events
- You will monitor the inventory levels of office supplies and promotional material used by our team at external events, ensuring rigorous follow-up.
Skills and qualities sought
- Desire to provide high-quality customer service;
- Bilingualism required: French and English
- College diploma (DEC) in computer science, administration or marketing;
- 1 year experience in CRM/database management (contacts/customers)
