PMML is a leader in multi-residential and commercial real estate brokerage, expanding its market services into Ontario. We are seeking a dynamic Managing Partner with extensive real estate brokerage experience to lead our operations in Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a high-performing team of real estate brokers and staff.
• Establish strategies to grow PMML’s market share.
• Oversee daily operations, recruitment, training, and evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) regulations.
• Drive business development and build client relationships.
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting and profitability.

Requirements:

• Active real estate broker’s license in Ontario.
• Minimum 7-10 years in commercial real estate, with 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Ontario’s real estate market and trends.
• Proven leadership, communication, and business development skills.
