ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS AND QUALITIES FOR SUCCESS
- Current commercial real estate broker’s licence issued by the OACIQ or in the process of being obtained.
- You are recognized for your excellent communication and persuasion skills, as well as for your quick wit and enjoyment in interacting with others.
- Your ability to sell will make the DNA of our agency shine.
- Ability to build and maintain a network of contacts in the business community.
- A strong desire to contribute to the agency’s collective success by being results-oriented and providing excellent customer service.
- Curiosity and commitment to keeping abreast of the latest trends in the commercial real estate market and trends in our industry.
