Administrative Assistant
PMML is currently looking for an administrative assistant to work on their team given the recent growth of their business.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing of multi-housing;
- Perform due diligence on properties for sale;
- Create and modify building listings;
- Prepare buildings for sale;
- Coordinate drone videos and promotional videos for sale;
- Data entry;
- Respond to broker requests (drafting and translation of descriptive sheets);
- Must be a resource person offering administrative support to the entire team of multi-unit and PMML commercial real estate brokers.
The requirements:
- Work experience in the field;
- Organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
