Mortgage Broker

PMML is currently looking for a mortgage broker to work on their team. The commercial mortgage broker will be involved in the entire process of mortgage brokerage transactions. AMF LICENSE NEEDED

Required:

  • Mortgage Broker License
  • License with the AMF needed
  • Good communication skills and previous sales experience
  • A demonstrated passion for commercial real estate
  • Exemplary work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines
  • Desire to go beyond and be part of a successful team
  • Previous experience in commercial / real estate banking
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate lending practices
