Project Manager – Marketing

PMML is looking for a Project Manager – Marketing given the growth of its company.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development of advertising messages;
  • Participate in the analysis of services offers and the evaluation of fees;
  • Participate in the preparation of the documents necessary to understand the key design elements;
  • Ensure quality control both technically and creatively;
  • Build solid business relationships and ensure constant communication with external stakeholders during the implementation of projects;
  • Ensure effective communication between the management team and stakeholders;
  • Perform competitive and strategic intelligence, best practices, and market studies;
  • Develop the work plan and manage deadlines;
  • Plan the project, distribute the tasks and supervise the work carried out;
  • Track hours and make necessary adjustments;
  • Oversee the administrative management of the project including cost control;
  • Ensure the continuous improvement of the project management process;
  • Contribute to the development of the team by sharing their knowledge.

Requirements:

  • University degree in business administration, specialization in marketing;
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a project manager;
  • Interest and experience in carrying out various projects;
  • Fluency in French and English (oral and written)
