VILLE SAINT-LAURENT  – LIGHT INDUSTRIAL 

  • A company specializing in the information sector recently sold its industry to a company operating in the global data center field. This transaction closed for an amount of $ 121.5M, for a building with an area of approximately 575,000 square feet. This figure translates to an average price of 211/ft², making it the most expensive transaction in terms of both price and building area. This property is located in the industrial sector of Ville Saint-Laurent.

VILLE SAINT-LAURENT – LIGHT INDUSTRIAL 

  • In the same sector, two neighboring industrial companies were sold in transactions involving the same sellers and buyers. The first building was sold for an amount of $ 24M, covering an area of 113,000 square feet, which equates to $ 112/ft². The second property was sold for $ 18.8M, with an area of 88,000 square feet, also at a price of $ 112/ft². Combining the two transactions, the total price amounts to $ 42.8M. Both properties are located in Ville Saint-Laurent, a city in Montreal.

MAURICIE/TROIS-RIVIÈRES/SAGUENAY  – WAREHOUSE 

  • Regarding this transaction, it involves three distinct properties. The first property was sold for an approximate amount of $ 15.3M, covering an area of about 57,000 square feet, which equates to an average price of $ 268/ft². The second property was acquired for $ 7.7M and offers an area of 54,000 square feet. Finally, the transaction concludes with the sale of a third property worth $ 6M, including a building of 39,497 square feet. These buildings are respectively located in the St-Michel area in Mauricie, in the city of Trois-Rivières, and in the Laterrière area in Saguenay.
