VILLE SAINT- LAURENT – CONCRETE

CAPREIT recently sold two concrete properties to two distinct buyers, totalling a sale of over 250 units. The first transaction was concluded for an approximate amount of $ 32M, with a buyer being a Toronto-based private equity firm.  Last June, this firm also invested in two other properties located on the same street, comprising a total of over 550 units. The properties are located in Ville Saint-Laurent. The cost per unit (CPU) ranges from $171,200 to $180,000.

GREENFIELD PARK – CONCRETE

As for the second transaction, a consortium of real estate investors completed the purchase of a property comprising 73 units. The sale price is approximately $ 12.6M, which equates to a cost per unit (CPU) of $172,000. This transaction took place on the south shore of Montreal, specifically in the Greenfield Park area.

SOUTH SHORE – CONCRETE

A private investment company recently sold its portfolio of over 150 units located on the south shore of Montreal to another private investment company. The total transaction amount is approximately $ 38M. As for the CPU, it ranges from $232,000 to $239,000 per unit.
