Julien Gérémie, President of Groupe Aseron, joins Jessika Lahaie, Senior Vice President at PMML.

Julien shares his experience of starting out as a real estate investor in 2018 after working in construction. He explains how they expanded their investments by turning to land development and incorporating energy optimization strategies such as geothermal. Jessika Lahaie and Julien Gérémie also discuss training, building partnerships and the challenges faced in the ever-changing real estate market. The conversation highlights the need for creativity and strategy to succeed in real estate investing, as well as the importance of communication and trust in real estate transactions.
