Social Media Manager

PMML is looking for a Social Media Manager to work on its team given the recent growth of its business.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively participate in the creation and production of content on assigned projects, according to PMML guidelines and branding
  • Write copy according to the guidelines and tone of the infographic and audiovisual content
  • Create structured work that clearly expresses a campaignable message
  • Closely follow up on deadlines and publication schedules in close collaboration with the Marketing Director
  • Work closely with the Marketing Director and Video Editor to ensure that all tasks related to a creative project are fully completed;
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines;
  • Process information provided by the Marketing Director and Operations Manager and translate it into effective creative work;
  • Present work that builds and maintains a valuable relationship with PMML’s clients;
  • Assist the company in building strong, positive relationships with people in the advertising and real estate fields to help recruit the most talented people;
  • Keep up to date on innovations and trends in the real estate and digital marketing industry.

Skills and Qualities:

  • Attention to detail, thoroughness, self-direction and versatility;
  • Ability to work and deliver high quality projects within short deadlines;
  • Fluency in French and English, both oral and written, as well as strong communication skills;
  • Strong knowledge of the following applications and platforms: Canva, G Suite, Facebook Creator Studio, Youtube, Linkedin;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Motivated and dynamic;
  • Bilingual;
  • Creativity;
  • Good team spirit;
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (an asset);
  • Experience in an advertising agency and/or post-production company (an asset);
