Despite the general decline in transactions, the price per square foot continues to rise. In the industrial sector, the price per square foot rose by 3.4%, and in the office sector by 7.6%. This trend can be explained by a reduction in the inventory available on the market. We can anticipate an increase in transactions in the coming months, due to new tax laws encouraging increased activity.
